Over 100 customers took part in the survey.

The average customer rating of send my bag was 9/10 with over 9/10 people happy to recommend send my bag to a Friend.

Many people asked about more specific collection and delivery times. This is something which we have been working towards by building a network of regional partners, our network is growing and once we have sendmybag franchise drivers throughout the country we will be introducing a 30 minute phone call before your item is collected or delivered – with a further option for you to specify the collection and delivery times to within one hour.

At present in areas where we use large courier partners we do request they collect as early in the day as possible.

We received a lot of questions regarding additional international routes, in the next few weeks you will be able to book online to send to over 100 countries and to import to the UK from all EU countries and the USA. These services arecurrently available to book via phone, feel free to email for a quote for delivery to any country currently not listed.

Lastly, when we asked how many times you have used sendmybag.com the amount of customers who selected 5+, 10+ and 20+ was quite unexpected.
